Installation Guide
Download the Installer
Click the download button above to get the appropriate version for your system.
Run the Installer
Double-click the downloaded file and follow the installation wizard. Administrator privileges may be required.
Restart Office Applications
Close and reopen your Microsoft Office applications to activate the Dictate add-in.
Start Dictating
Look for the Dictate button in your Office ribbon and click it to begin voice input.
Troubleshooting
Dictate button not appearing?
Ensure you have the correct Office version and try restarting Office applications. Check that the add-in is enabled in File > Options > Add-ins.
Microphone not working?
Check your Windows microphone permissions and ensure Dictate has access. Test your microphone in Windows Settings > Privacy > Microphone.
Poor recognition accuracy?
Speak clearly and at a normal pace. Ensure you're in a quiet environment and your microphone is positioned correctly.
Translation not working?
Translation features require an active internet connection. Check your network settings and firewall permissions.
